Lars Øhlenschlæger

Lars Vinther Øhlenschlæger has been Council Director for the Compliance and Ethics Council at The Conference Board since end 2017. He has previously had the role of Program Chair of the Global Council for Business Conduct at The Conference Board. Lars Vinther Øhlenschlæger holds a Master of Science in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration in International Management.

During his career in the private sector he has built a strong knowledge on ethics and compliance and, by working within several different functional business areas as R&D, HR, Finance and Legal, a strong knowledge on relationships between business functions. The last 10 years, Lars Vinther Øhlenschlæger has been working for the LEGO Group based in Denmark.

He is Head of Business Conduct & Ethics at the LEGO Group responsible for developing and driving the global business conduct & ethics compliance program. He is also a current member of the Danish Industry Anti-Corruption Working Group.
