Laura Doyle has her Masters of Business Administration and over 30 years of compensation and benefits experience. She is currently the Director Compensation and Benefits at Smith+Nephew with global responsibility for benefits, wellness and disability/leaves.  Laura has been with Smith+Nephew for seven years and has been focused on providing innovative benefits and wellbeing programs for employees and their families globally.  Prior to Smith+Nephew Laura was responsible for several areas of benefits and compensation at Philips. Laura is a member of WorldAtWork , on the Leave Optimization Forum of the Business Group on Health and a member of the Cigna National Account Client Advisory Board.
