Laura has 20 years of experience in life, absence and disability programs and works with clients across numerous industries to support all aspects of their life, absence, disability management and time-off programs.

Laura graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and German and earned her Master of Organizational Leadership degree from Vanderbilt University. She has also earned the Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS) designation.
