Lauren joined Lincoln Financial in 2008 and has held various leadership roles for the past 10 years. After serving as a Claims Specialist in both STD and LTD for five years, she spent five years managing a Long Term Disability team, supporting both large-case and national customers. She later served as a Director in our STD/Absence Organization, where she managed both STD and Integrated Absence teams and supported customers spanning all sizes and representing various industries.

For the last five years, Lauren has led teams serving our largest and most complex clients in our Majors organization. She has extensive experience with our entire product suite and is a trusted partner and thought leader for the clients she serves. Lauren and her teams build innovative, custom solutions to meet the needs of their clients and work tirelessly to deliver on our service commitments while driving a recommendable experience.

Lauren has an undergraduate degree in English/Journalism and a Master’s degree in organizational leadership. Lauren lives on the seacoast in Hampton, NH with her husband and two children and enjoys reading, paddle boarding and camping on the NH lakes, and hitting the beach and the slopes with her family.
