Leah N'Diaye

Leah is a change and transformation leader, organizational development expert and executive coach. She is currently a Director on the Organizational Effectiveness Center of Excellence she built from the ground up at Silicon Valley Bank, a Division of First Citizens Bank. She is known as someone who leads with empathy, curiosity and has a passion for enabling people and organizations to activate their potential and deliver results. She has over 20 years of experience working with fortune 500 companies, previously a Management Consultant at Accenture within the Talent and Organization practice. Leah believes that connections with business, people, language and culture are key to a successful employee experience. She has recently published an article entitled "Mastering the Art and Science of a Human Employee Experience" which will be published in June with Routledge. Leah holds a Master’s degree from Paris Dauphine IX in Organizational Science and Human Resources Management.
