Leeanne Probst Engels

Leeanne has held multiple leadership roles across Cigna for 25 years, spanning operations, sales, product development, portfolio management, and most recently Human Resources. She currently leads the Talent Strategy Center of Excellence, responsible for all aspects of Cigna's human resources strategy, as well as HR operational effectiveness and change management. Her current focus is on leading the enterprise COVID-19 safety response, as well as developing and implementing "New Ways of Working". This strategic effort is focused on responding to the changing expectations of the workforce due to the pandemic, positioning Cigna to further evolve and strengthen its culture, and employee value proposition. She lives in Avon, CT with her husband and family, and enjoys skiing, boating, fishing, and anything outdoors in her spare time.
