Leslie Caputo

Leslie Caputo is the Head of Solutions Consulting at Humu. Leslie's team works with current and prospective customers to design solutions that meet their specific business objectives by leveraging Humu's technology and the behavioral science that powers it. Prior to Humu, Leslie was the Chief Customer Officer of Werk — an HR tech startup focused on driving the adoption of hybrid work practices to increase equity and inclusion in the workplace. Prior to Werk, Leslie was a management consultant at Aon where she advised the Fortune 500 on all things people strategy including talent assessment and selection, employee development and culture transformation. Leslie received her master's in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She lives in Westport, Connecticut with her partner, two small children, and an extremely ill-behaved dog.
