Levi Campbell serves on a global TA leadership team as Director of Talent Acquisition (APAC) at Stryker, one of the world’s leading medical technology companies. She leads the APAC TA COE to develop and deliver talent attraction and recruitment strategies which ultimately help Stryker to help improve patient and hospital outcomes in some of the highest growth markets in the world. She has a depth of experience in talent acquisition, project management, building internal recruitment capability, and change management in a matrixed MNC environment. In addition, she’s led regional TA/HR technology implementations, M&A integrations, campus, and talent branding activities.

She also serves as the APAC Program Lead for Stryker Women’s Network and is driven to help create more inclusive work environments through equity and empowerment. She is passionate about engaging and inspiring high performing teams, while building a more sustainable approach to work life integration, wellbeing, and mental health.

Originally from Canada, Levi earned her BBA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of North Texas. She’s progressed her career in TA with Stryker in Canada and the US, and moved to Singapore in 2017 where she lives now.
