Lilly Wyttenbach Head of Global Wellness, JPMorgan Chase & Co. Managing Director Lilly is the Head of Global Wellness at JPMorgan Chase & Co. responsible for development and delivery of the firm’s global Well-being strategy. This includes large scale global initiatives and Wellness programs including parental supports, physical, emotional well-being and mental health efforts across the firm including support for JPMC employees and families throughout the pandemic. Lilly is the co-chair of the Access Ability Business Resource Group for North America which provides support for those with disabilities and caregivers and allies of those with disabilities. Before joining JPMorgan Chase & Co., Lilly spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs focused on strategy and delivery of Wellness and Benefit programs holding various roles overseeing Wellness operations and developing healthcare strategy recommendations. Lilly is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Human Ecology and received her Master of Arts Degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology from New York University
