Lina joined the Boston Consulting Group in 2022 and is a Managing Director and Partner in the Chicago office. She is a core member of the Public Sector Practice Area, with primary focus in Education, Employment, and Welfare. Her work sits at the intersection of K-12 and postsecondary education and workforce, and has included strategic planning, market analysis, performance and sustainability improvement, organization design, talent pipeline development, and stakeholder engagement and facilitation. She has supported numerous state agencies, school districts, foundations and intermediaries, community collaboratives, and corporations through the design, development, and implementation of transformative initiatives.

Prior to BCG, Lina was a Partner with Bellwether Education and co-led the Strategic Advising Practice Area as an expert in K-20 education. Lina also has a decade of experience in management consulting and investment banking, both as a generalist and as a specialist in the Education and Knowledge Services sectors. Lina holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Princeton University, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She lives in the Chicagoland area with her husband and two children.
