Lindsay leads Strategic Alliances and Partnerships at Well, partnering with and advising large national and global corporations and their consultants on welfare benefits strategy. Her role spans health equity, wellbeing, employee experience and personalization, in addition to actuarial and financial implications of strategic decision-marking and optimization of vendor partnerships and ecosystems.

Prior to her role with Well, Lindsay spent 15 years at WTW within the Health & Benefits practice, and led the Commercialization and Innovation function on the North America Leadership Team. Lindsay began her career at Cigna in the Actuarial Executive Development Program.  She has her undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Actuarial Science from The University of Western Ontario in Canada, is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
