Lindsey Hoeft currently leads Amazon’s global benefits strategy for cardiometabolic conditions and musculoskeletal disorders. In this role, she applies her background in public health to implement data-driven tactics to improve health outcomes and the health journey of Amazon employees and their families. Lindsey has 15+ years of experience designing, building and scaling innovative health and safety programs in the private and public sectors.

Lindsey is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She obtained her BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, MPH from the University of Minnesota, and MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, gardening and exploring the mountains and waters near her home in Seattle, WA.
