Lindsey holds a B.A. in Theatre and Japanese from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. concentrated in Human and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University. Her professional experience includes roles in Event Management and Corporate Sponsorship at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Inc., in New York City and roles in Global Benefits, Talent Acquisition Strategy, and as a Regional HR Business Partner at Citi in New York City, Singapore, and London, respectively. Lindsey joined Wayfair and relocated to Boston in 2021 to manage the wellbeing offerings for the company’s 18,000 employees worldwide. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys reading, crossword puzzles, fitness, cooking, and traveling - all preferably in the company of family and friends.
