Lisa is a Sr. VP at Blackstone and manages Blackstone’s benefits globally to support employee’s physical, emotional, and financial health and wellbeing at all stages of their careers.

She has an extensive career in leading human resources organizations, including global benefits and mergers and acquisitions from previous experience with S&P Global and CA Technologies, now Broadcom.

Her accomplishments have been driven by fostering a corporate culture that balances professional and personal lives and creating benefits programs that led the way for the tech industry. She was previously on the board of the Silicon Valley Employers Forum whose mission was to build collective intelligence regarding corporate employee benefits.

Lisa continues to be involved with various organizations that support employees benefits and balance of work life as well as early childhood.
