Lisa A. Pauley

Lisa Pauley is the Program Director for the CHRO I Council & CHRO II Council. Lisa is the former Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Administration and Corporate Officer at Ball Corporation, a Colorado-based Fortune 500 global company. She had global responsibility for functions including human resources, information technology, aviation, security, facilities, and environmental health & safety in North America. The human resources responsibilities included talent management, total rewards (compensation, executive compensation, benefits, mobility), people support and operations, and functional responsibility for strategic HR within the businesses. Lisa also served as the Chief Integration Officer for the largest acquisition in the company’s history. Prior to her corporate position at Ball, she held several finance-related roles in Ball’s aerospace division; her last position was Vice President of Finance and Administration. Lisa holds a master’s degree in finance and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Colorado.
