Lisa Singh is an experienced HR and Benefits leader, skilled at building and growing benefit teams and best-in-class programs. Her focus is on making the world a better place, through building workplace cultures of wellbeing, supporting the whole person and influencing industry change. Lisa joined Datavant in 2023 as the Head of Global Benefits. Datavant is a health care data logistics company doing the important work of connecting the world’s healthcare data to improve patient outcomes. Prior to Datavant, Lisa was the benefits and well-being leader at Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) for 11 years, driving the strategic vision, development, and execution of a global benefits program. In her role at SVB, she focused on improving the lives of employees through quality programs meeting employee life needs. She created a mental health strategy designed to remove barriers to care and change stigma. Viewing benefits design and administration through a DE&I lens is another major priority for Lisa in her efforts to influence positive change that has a meaningful impact for employees and the broader society. Previously, Lisa held benefit positions in organizations of various industries and sizes including employers such as Charles Schwab, Siebel Systems, UC Stanford Health Care, Thelen LLP and Transamerica. Lisa holds a master's degree in human resources management and lives in the bay area.
