At Southwire, she manages benefits for 7500 employees that includes healthcare, onsite medical center and pharmacy, fitness center and well-being activities. Prior to joining Southwire, she was responsible for employee benefits for Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores and BellSouth Corporation. Lisa received both her MBA and BS degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).
