Lori Duggan serves as the Total Rewards Lead at Havi Global Solutions.  HAVI is a global, privately owned company that connects people with ideas, data with insights, supply with demand, restaurants with deliveries and ultimately, people with the products they love. Lori is a results-driven Human Resources (HR) leader with more than 20 years of comprehensive experience in strategic and operational HR leadership, shared services, total rewards, compensation, and benefits administration.

In her current role, Lori leads Total Rewards for the enterprise and partners closely with leadership to develop and execute reward practices and programs that align with the strategic plan of the business.  Lori believes in data driven insights and regularly measures key compensation and reward program metrics.   She routinely benchmarks programs with peer companies, reviews anticipated legislative changes and monitors trends in the workforce.  Lori proactively strives to ensure reward programs continuously evolve to remain relevant and competitive for current and future employees.

Lori holds a B.S. degree in Finance and Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. She also actively participates in Conference Board, American Benefits Council and other relevant networking groups.
