Lori Glawe

Lori B. Glawe Vice President, Total Rewards Marathon Petroleum Lori Glawe is Vice President of Total Rewards for Marathon Petroleum. She joined the company in 2023 and is responsible for global compensation, executive compensation, and employee benefits. Lori came to Marathon from Eastman Chemical, where she was the Vice President of Total Rewards from 2016 to 2023. At Eastman, Lori had responsibility for all compensation, benefits, global mobility, travel services, global payroll, and HR systems. Prior to joining Eastman, Lori was the Director of Total Rewards at Marathon Oil. During her tenure at Marathon Oil she played a significant role in the company split of the upstream and downstream organizations and was a key architect in the total rewards programs designed for the newly established exploration and production company. Prior to joining Marathon Oil, she worked for Rockwell Automation serving as the Director of Global Compensation, Director of Human Resources Shared Services, and Manager of Executive and Global Compensation. She has also worked at MRA – The Management Association as the Director of Total Rewards and at Chase Bank as Vice President of Compensation. Lori is a native of Wisconsin, and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin. She is a Certified Compensation Professional, and holds a variety of human resource designations. She has been a featured speaker at the World at Work Conference, the Human Resources Shared Services Conference, the National Association of Stock Plan Administrators, LEAP HR, The Conference Board and the Corporate Executive Board, Conference on Compensation. She has served on the American Lung Association Human Resources Advisory Board, the Houston Grand Opera Trustee Board and is a past President of the Elmbrook Friends of Fine Arts.
