Louise is a dual English/French national and has lived and worked in Belgium for the last 24 years, following ten years working in communications in the UK after her graduation from Surrey University. This led to her engagement, in 2015, as a consultant to support FedEx HR communications in their acquisition of TNT, resulting in a global workforce of over 400,000 employees. This was followed by a three-year tenure as the Global Head of Marketing Communications for SWIFT. Most recently Louise worked as a senior advisor for KREAB, a world-leading public affairs agency, and as the Head of Marketing for Europe and North America for FSS Technologies, India’s largest payment processor and fintech. In September 2022, Louise was appointed as Global Head of Internal Communications for Umicore, a leading circular materials technology company with extensive expertise in the fields of material science, chemistry and metallurgy.
