Maddy Del Monte is the Vice President of Transformation at Paramount Global, a leading global media, streaming, and entertainment company. In this role, she leads the strategic initiatives of the Office of the CTO, Tech Communications, AI Operations, and Tech Training to drive employee engagement and excellence across the technology organization.

Maddy is also the founder, CEO, Agile Outlaw, and Pusher of Lean for Agile Gangster LLC, a consulting company that helps clients adopt agile and lean principles and practices. She is passionate about creating value, eliminating waste, and empowering teams to deliver high-quality products and services.

Prior to joining Paramount Global, Maddy was the Director of Lean Enterprises at Dun & Bradstreet, a global leader in business data and analytics. There, she managed a team of Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, who implemented significant process improvements across the enterprise. She also served as the internal expert on Objective and Key Results (OKR) methodology and facilitated the alignment and execution of OKRs at all levels. She speaks regularly on OKRs at conferences and trade shows.

Prior to Dun & Bradstreet, Maddy had extensive experience in the financial service industry, where she held various Director-level roles in different operational areas. She has a proven track record of delivering value through Lean, Six-Sigma, Agile Scrum, User Experience, Delivery and Development, and Business Continuity. She is a certified Coach, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Certified Usability Analyst. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from Queens College of NY, where she double majored in Studio Art and Technical Theatre.

Maddy is passionate about art, AI, and innovation. She enjoys reading books, playing video games, and spending time with her husband, daughters, and dog, Goldie.
