Manny has over 26 years of operating experience in the consumer and retail sector.

Prior to LNK, Manny was a 26-year veteran of PVH Corp. (NYSE: PVH), serving as CEO from 2006 to 2021 and Chairman from 2007 to 2021. Under his leadership, PVH became one of the largest and most admired fashion and lifestyle companies in the world, reaching $9.9 billion in annual revenue in 2019 and 40,000 associates operating in over 40 countries. Manny helped transform PVH from a North American dress furnishings business to one of the largest apparel companies in the world. He played a key role in acquiring Calvin Klein in 2003 and engineered the transformative acquisitions of Tommy Hilfiger in 2010 and Warnaco in 2013.

Manny serves on the boards of Tommy John, Dick’s Sporting Goods (NYSE: DKS), Conagra Brands (NYSE: CAG), Montefiore Medical Center, Fordham University, and the United Nations Global Compact. He is a member of the Committee for Economic Development, and sits on the President’s Advisory Committee for U.S. Trade Policy and Negotiations. Manny received a BS from Fordham University.
