Previously at Chainalysis, Marci Lowney was the inaugural Internal Communications Leader, where she established the company's essential communications framework during a period of rapid growth, skillfully navigating the doubling of the workforce in six months while ensuring robust employee engagement. As the Director of Communications and Creative Strategy at American Express, Marci significantly enhanced employee experiences with her forward-thinking strategies in communications and engagement on a global scale.

Marci holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University, which laid the groundwork for her accomplished career in communications. Her adventurous spirit is reflected in her extensive travels and living in 6 different states. Originally from Missoula, Montana, Marci now enjoys the vibrant life of New York City alongside her fiancé, Vladimir, and their beloved Pomeranian, Waverly.
