As Vice President of the Shared Services Center at Omni Hotels for the past 4.5 years, I have spearheaded the development of Omni’s global shared services model from the ground up. Our center delivers a range of finance and HR services, including Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Accounts Payable, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations. To implement this model, we utilize a hybrid approach, with half of our team outsourced and based in India, while the other half consists of Omni associates working from our Dallas office.
