Mark Coffin has been practicing law since 1984, specializing in general corporate, securities, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and health law. As the Office Managing Partner and Chair of the Business Services Group at Seyfarth Shaw LLP's Houston office, Mark brings over 40 years of experience to his clients.

Mr. Coffin is the Chair of Seyfarth Shaw LLP's Benefits Committee and a Steering Committee member for its SeyfarthLife resiliency initiative.
