Marti Cardi

Marti is the Vice President of Product Compliance for Matrix Absence Management.    In this role Marti is responsible for monitoring, tracking, and implementing state and federal leave of absence and accommodation laws including the FMLA, the ADA, and state equivalents that Matrix administers for its employer clients.  Marti was in private practice in Denver for several years, moved to inhouse employment law roles with 2 national companies, and now has been in the absented management business for over 12 years.
