Mary Tinebra brings over 30 years’ experience in Business Management, Technology Engagement and Strategy Leadership to Mercer. She is a Senior Partner and the North America HR Transformation Leader. In this role, Mary is leading the Global offering for organizations as they reimagine their vision for HR in the new economy. Mary also served as the Market CEO for the East region and held various leadership roles related to Global Business Development.
Throughout her tenure at Mercer, Mary has been accountable for business growth, partnerships, innovation and collaboration across geographies. Prior to joining Mercer, Mary held Global Business Management positions at Hewlett-Packard, COMPAQ and Globix Corporation. Her leadership roles encompassed multinational client team engagements, solutions, sales, and leadership as well as enabling technologies. Mary also led the market development programs for technology-based startups in the U.S. In 2015,
Mary was named one of Consulting Magazine’s Top 25 Consultants for Excellence in Client Service. In 2010, Mary was inducted into the YWCA-NYC Academy of Women Leaders where she currently serves on the Advisory Board. The YWCA-NYC Academy of Women Leaders (AWL) is a distinguished network of women whose companies and organizations have chosen to recognize women for their leadership, achievement and contributions. Mary is also the Vice President and Board Member for Hour Children, a nonprofit in New York City. She was also selected to C200 in 2016. C200 is an invitation only group of Global Women Executives.
