Mason Stubblefield leads Compensation and HR Technology for NVIDIA.  Mason’s career has included many roles across Human Resources in the United States, Europe and Japan.  Mason’s prior roles include serving as CHRO for Khan Academy, and leading Total Rewards at Adobe, Intuit and NetApp.  The roles helped Mason become comfortable with ambiguity and creatively solving for employees in volatile markets.  Outside of work, Mason enjoys road bicycling and collecting wine.
