Matt Hinde helps lead the energy and utilities sector group in Brussels. He was recently Head of EU Strategy in the UK Department of Energy and Climate Change, following 4 years as First Secretary Energy and Atomic Questions in the UK Permanent Representation to the EU in Brussels. He has extensive experience of EU and international energy policy, in particular internal market, energy efficiency and energy security policy, and wider global energy issues.
