He has held various leadership roles across the organization, including serving on the Global Executive Committee and as Managing Partner of the Great Lakes and Canada System. He has deep expertise in corporate / BU strategy, M&A, leadership, succession planning, team and talent development, remuneration strategy and CEO advisory.

Matt is known for his ability to figure out effective solutions for complex and challenging problems and is highly sought after by CEOs and boards when these issues arise. He thrives when he can make a lasting difference to an organization and lead businesses through challenging growth pathways. A practical and courageous operator, Matt has guided many highly complex projects to fruition. An intrepid traveler, Matt has been to over 50 countries. He has travelled by car from Germany to Israel, via Athens, and sees Antarctica as the next frontier. He frequently travels with his children and finds being active, through skiing, athletics, tennis and cycling, helps to crystalize his thinking and keep him energized.
