Matt is General Manager of Noom for Work, the company's enterprise business that partners with leading employers, health plans, and healthcare organizations. He originally joined Noom in 2020 as Vice President of Operations, helping to scale the company across both core and new business areas. Prior to Noom, Matt was Chief Operating Officer of Renew Health, a Medicare insurtech platform backed by Venrock. Earlier in his career, he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and a research analyst at The Advisory Board Company. Matt holds a BA from Yale and an MBA from Wharton.
