Matt Ponicall is the Senior Director, Global Benefits at Honeywell International. Honeywell is one of the world’s leading industrial software companies with over 100,000 employees operating in over 80 countries world-wide. Honeywell operates 35 Strategic Business Units including in the fields of Aerospace Technology, Building Automation, Industrial Automation and Energy and Sustainability Solutions. Matt is responsible for global benefits including the development of Honeywell’s global well-being strategy focused on the physical, mental, financial, and individual well-being of Honeywell’s employees and their families. Matt has ownership of all of Honeywell’s health and welfare programs including healthcare, dental, vision, point solutions, retirement income and other ancillary benefits.  Matt has been with Honeywell for two years.

Prior to joining Honeywell, Matt spent seven years at Bank of America responsible for all physical well-being programs. Matt also spent 15 years working at Willis Towers Watson in a variety of consulting roles.
