Matt Bragstad is SVP - evangelist, innovator, storyteller, WorkLife strategic advisor at Alight Solutions, where he is responsible for using communications and teambuilding skills to optimize the company's signature integrated digital employee experience.

Experience

With over 27 years of experience in the technology industry, Matt brings deep expertise to Alight. He believes in a customer-centric approach and works closely with clients to understand their evolving and unique needs to deliver solutions that exceed expectations through the Alight Worklife® platform.

Expertise

Matt joins Alight from lnfor, where he served as VP - chief evangelist for the healthcare and public sector. Before lnfor, he directed portal services and web operations at HCA Healthcare. This involved championing strategic vision and building large scale business cases for built budget/staffing plans, contributing to architecture, and leading vendor selection. Matt was also a director of application development at Larson Software. He led the creation and implementation of global support initiatives with multifunctional contributors. Matt started his career as a software developer and consultant at Analysts International Corporation.

Education

Matt holds a bachelor's degree in marketing, human resources, and business administration from the University of Regina.
