Matthew Cole is a manager for State Farm in the corporate change coordination area. He has more than 25 years years of leadership experience, of which the last eight have been in the change discipline. 

He and his team facitiate the connection and coordination of a change ecosystem of more than 100 change practioners, managers and executives in an organization of approximately 60,000 employees and 18,000 agents. 

As part of this responsibility, the teams in his area support work across the company’s change ecosystem in order to support:

• Coordination and sequencing of significant change events
• Scaling best practices
• Maintaining a holistic view of all major events
• Gathering and reporting on metrics related to change health, performance, and maturity across the enterprise
