Matt Dodson is an Organizational Effectiveness Manager and a Executive and Professional Development Manager for Chevron, certified for Hogan Assessments, a Leadership Coach, a certified Change Management Consultant, a certified Strategic Workforce Planner, a skilled trainer and strategic facilitator.

His background includes eight years in Information Technology, three years in Behavioral Change in Project Management and eleven years in HR and Organizational Development. He has been working in the Oil and Energy Industry since 1999.

While completing his MBA, he completed research in studying the effectiveness of Ideological Non-profit Leadership.

His coaching practice has included clients from the fields of corporate executives, information technology, mechanical, civil and chemical engineering, attorneys, non-profit leadership and academia.
