Matthew Kulasa is the Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at Wesco International, a leading provider of business-to-business distribution, logistics services and supply chain solutions. In this role, Matt is enabling a forward-looking, tech-enabled approach to reduce risk, control cost, improve productivity and streamline processes. Matt has over 20 years of finance experience in public company reporting, financial planning and analysis, acquisitions, internal controls, integration and accounting processes. Prior to Wesco, he held multiple roles at Komatsu America Corp. and Joy Global, most recently as Vice President, Controller & Chief Accounting Officer as well as holding roles as Finance Director - Eurasia and Director of Accounting. 

Matt started his career in the assurance practice at Deloitte in Milwaukee, WI.  Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Wisconsin – Madison and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University, J.L. Kellogg School of Management.
