Maureen Tholen has experience in a variety of roles at 3M in engineering, marketing, sales, six sigma, strategy, commercialization, and most recently for the last 7 years in sustainability. She leads the sustainability efforts in the Safety & Industrial Business Group working with internal development and marketing teams, and external with customers and other stakeholders. She also leads the "Science for Climate" sustainability pillar for the enterprise, focused on GHG emissions reductions, energy efficiency, renewable energy adoption and air quality improvement. Maureen also has led efforts internal and external to 3M for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion including mentoring programs for talent in our Employee Resource Networks, and skilled trades training and education programs with external non-profit partners.
