May Snowden is a Senior Fellow in the Human Capital Center and Program Director for two Councils at The Conference Board: the Opportunity and Access Strategist Council II and the Opportunity and Access Foundations Council. She serves as a strategic advisor to the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Benchmarks and PepsiCo's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

May is a recognized leader in human capital development, diversity and inclusion strategies, and executive coaching. Her expertise spans program leadership, organizational culture and transformation, operations management, government relations, change management, and customer relationship management. Throughout her career, May has helped organizations address critical business challenges, including talent management, cultural transformation, and diversity and inclusion. She has guided companies through change management processes, developed strategic plans aligned with business objectives, and implemented operational efficiencies to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, she has advised organizations on government and regulatory compliance and strengthened customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

May holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Maryland at College Park and earned both a master of executive business administration and a master of public administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She is also certified by the Brave Thinking Institute as a Life Master Consultant.
