Megan joined Ulta Beauty in the spring of 2019 and manages Ulta’s health & welfare benefits and overall associate well-being (including mental, financial, and physical health) for over 50,000 associates.

She began her career administering benefits for The Sports Authority and over the next 17 years continued sharing her passion and expertise for Total Rewards with Colorado’s South Metro Fire Rescue Authority and Chicago’s own, Ferrara Candy Company.

At Ulta Beauty, Megan enjoys leading her team; driven by giving a great experience to all associates as they navigate their healthcare journey. This allows associates to focus on their own family, friends, activities, and ultimately provide a great experience to Ulta Beauty guests.

She believes that loving what you do, owning what you do, doing what is right, inspiring disruption, and working together for a shared purpose – produces successful business and people results.

In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 young children, watching live music, boating, trying new restaurants, reading, and being with friends and family.
