Megan Marshall

Megan Marshall is the Head of Executive Coaching at AIIR Consulting. In her role, Megan is responsible for leading AIIR’s executive coaching strategy globally, ensuring AIIR offers best-in-class coaching that produces measurable results. In addition to collaborating with AIIR’s clients and internal team to implement and scale coaching for maximum impact, she also oversees AIIR’s global coaching cadre. This includes interviewing, onboarding, training, and ensuring consistency and adherence to AIIR’s rigorous evidence-based coaching methodology. Megan graduated Summa Cum Laude from the College of Charleston with a B.A. in Corporate Communication. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Talent and Organization Development and Executive Coaching from the McColl School of Business at Queen’s University. Outside of AIIR, Megan enjoys being active. spending time with close friends, and loving on her not so miniature goldendoodle, Aubie (War Eagle!).
