Megan is currently a Program Manager in the Office of Continuous Improvement at the Port Authority of NY & NJ. Her work focuses on collaborating with departments on process improvements, customer experience initiatives, and strategic alignment, with a focus on using design thinking and lean tools. Prior to joining OCI, she was a Security Policy Analyst within Security Performance, Policy, and Planning, where she drafted emergency response plans, facilitated strategic planning across all security departments, and researched best practices. She began her career at the Port Authority as a Leadership Fellow and rotated through Enterprise Risk Management, Aviation Director’s Office, and Security Performance, Policy, and Planning. Prior to joining the Port Authority, Megan worked in human resources and operations at BRIC, a multi-disciplinary arts non-profit organization in Brooklyn. She also worked as in-house counsel for the South Street Seaport Museum, where she focused on corporate governance, employment, intellectual property, and emergency planning issues.
