Megan Stevens

Meg Stevens currently leads the Global Business Partner Group and is an implementor of Talent practices at Corteva Agriscience.  She is integrating Talent and Organization processes into her new and expanded leadership role as the global leader of HR Business Partnering. Meg describes the work of Talent as designing the right organization and ultimately getting the right people in the right place at the right time with the right environment for the organization to be successful.  Meg has been with DuPont and now Corteva 12 years in various HR Talent, Organization, and Operations related roles.  She joined the company after spending time at a growing consulting and HR technology firm which is now part of IBM.  Meg received a MS in Leadership Development, Business, and Education at University of Nebraska-Lincoln and prior to consulting she spent her early career in College Student Affairs.  Originally from Colorado, Meg loves learning, laughing, reading, cooking, jogging, skiing, hiking, biking, and spending time with her family and in nature.  Meg loves talking about organizations, organization culture, careers, development and design, people’s jobs, and the cool things that Corteva Agriscience does.
