Melissa Lee has over 25 years of experience as a Fortune 100 executive and management consultant leading global digital transformation, digital capabilities, customer experience and data strategy in the B2B and B2C space across multiple industries.  She has held various leadership positions with Accenture, Best Buy, United Health Group and Cargill.  In her current role at General Mills, Ms. Lee leads Data & Analytics, Performance Marketing, Brand Experience Orchestration, Digital Commerce and Sales Capabilities vision, strategy, and execution for the Foodservice segment.  Ms. Lee also has a strong passion in fostering a values-based culture of engagement, inclusion and diversity and has led several cultural and DE&I resource groups.
