Melissa Perrotto currently leads the Global Talent Management and Early Career organization at Bristol Myers Squibb where she is accountable for creating and executing the talent strategy, talent philosophy, succession planning, talent assessments, executive coaching, early career, and work force planning. She as huge passion for talent development that drives a lot of the coaching and mentoring engagements she participates in. She uses systems thinking and data analytics for continuous improvements to the company’s talent management approach. She also has deep organizational development expertise in organizational diagnostics, team effectiveness, large scale transformational change, and culture and behavior change. A passion for psychology and neuroscience really helps from both an OD, talent management, and development. She has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry supporting: Commercial, Research & Development, Manufacturing and Supply, and Corporate Support Functions. Melissa has a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Biology and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. When she is not working, she enjoys reading, watching her daughter’s soccer games, and traveling.
