Michael Manning, VP HR Data & Innovation at FM Global

Michael’s team provides people analytics, workforce planning, project management, vendor and budget management, and employee data administration for HR.

Prior to joining FM Global, Michael held various roles in Operations Management, Engineering, and Human Resources with Siemens, Merck, Edison International, AIG, and T. Rowe Price.  Additionally, Michael served as an adjunct professor teaching graduate level HR & Drucker MBA students course on HR Analytics, Financial Analysis, and Strategic Workforce Planning at Claremont Graduate University. 

Michael holds an MBA with Beta Gamma Sigma honors in Operations Management, is an experienced Six Sigma Black Belt with a focus on HR and business processes and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and ISO 9000 auditor. He resides in Maryland.
