Chief Engineer Substation Projects Engineering
Con Edison of New York

Dedicated, passionate professional in the electric utility industry. Bachelor's in electrical engineering from Manhattan College and holding increasing levels of responsibility with Con Edison of New York for 21 years and counting.

Experience with relay protection, system operation, project management and engineering. Presently as Chief Engineer managing a department of 150 committed team members in the design and engineering of the critical substations and supporting infrastructure that safely routes and delivers electric power to nearly 10 Million people in New York City and Westchester County.

We’re at the center of the clean energy transition as we work to integrate renewable energy onto the electric transmission system and decreasing supplies from carbon emitting electric power generators while still delivering reliable power to customers who are increasingly using and dependent upon electricity for transportation and heating.

Our team assesses and replaces existing substation assets, determines how to expand substation and system capability, and determine where, when and how to build new substations to meet growing demands, as necessary.
