Michal Alter is the Co-Founder and CEO of Visit.org, which provides HR, CSR, and ESG leaders the infrastructure and content for purpose-driven employee and customer engagement through proprietary experiences in 90+ countries. With over 20 years in technology and social development, she has worked as a systems architect and consulted for organizations including New York Cares, UNESCO, and Women’s World Banking. Michal is a founding member of WeTheChange and a member of the International Women’s Forum. She holds degrees in Public Administration, East Asian Studies, and Computer Science, and speaks English, Spanish, and Hebrew.
