Michelle serves as the Program Director of Leadership Development Council and is a member of the Human Capital Advisory Council of The Conference Board. She is also the founder of Blieberg Associates and offers practical talent management & human resource solutions to organizations. She is currently the CHRO for one of her clients, a pre-IPO start up company, REX Homes, a unique disruptor in the real estate industry. 

Most recently Michelle was the Senior Vice President of Talent Management and the Head of Corporate Human Resources at Time Warner Inc. These roles included responsibility for executive development and leadership, talent management and succession planning, change management, and strategic human resource business partnership.&nbsp

Formerly, Michelle was the Managing Director, Global Leadership and Talent Development, and Head of the Business University for the Americas at UBS. She created a full range of leadership, high potential, and talent development strategies and initiatives for UBS globally. Many of these programs were recognized with external awards. Prior roles in organizations include Charles Schwab & Co., Smith Barney Shearson (which became Travelers and ultimately Citi Group), and JPMorgan. Michelle brings a strong background in developing corporate cultures, human resource business partner consulting, building corporate learning centers, and large-scale change efforts. She is an extremely creative professional who enjoys leading teams and working to accomplish business results. Michelle is currently Chairperson of the Board of FRED (Future of Executive Development) and has been a frequent speaker globally, including engagements with Inventi, The Neuro-Leadership Institute, and Fortune magazine. Michelle is a Human Capital Advisor and Executive Coach to Fiver, a non-profit organization dedicated to the long-term development of underserved children in the NYC area. Michelle has been honored with the 2018 Richard Adams Leadership Award from the Fiver Children’s Foundation and has been featured on the cover of the Chief Learning Officer Magazine.
