Michelle joined Amazon’s Global Behavioral Health Team in 2022. Michelle and her teammates oversee the strategy, design and implementation of centralized behavioral health programs for Amazon employees across the world. At Amazon, Michelle leads behavioral health innovation, brings forth evidence-based programming and evaluates KPIs. Michelle is a licensed clinical psychologist. Prior to joining Amazon, she was an associate professor and the Chief of Pediatric Psychology at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. During her 13+ years at Rush, Michelle served as a multiple principal investigator on an NIH-funded R01 grant investigating the impact of a digitally-delivered parenting program on preventing behavioral problems. In addition to practicing as a clinician, she taught communication skills at Rush Medical College, mentored pre-doctoral psychology interns and oversaw creation of post-doctoral fellowships in clinical psychology. Michelle was selected to serve on a sub-committee for the National Academy of Science and Medicine and she is a member of the Society for Pediatric Research.
