Michelle Rodriguez Call joined SAGE Dining Services as its Director of Strategy in 2023 after graduating from Harvard Business School. The third of the founders' children to join the family business, Michelle leads an internal consulting team in strengthening SAGE's internal capabilities while planning for the organization's future. Prior to business school, she was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey and Company, where she served clients in a wide range of industries on challenges of organizational design and enterprise-level strategy. Michelle is a graduate of the University of Chicago. She lives in Maryland with her husband and two children.
